Hospital Policies Appointment Policy We operate primarily by appointment to allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why an occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Walk-ins will be seen in a timely manner as best as can be accomodated. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. For your convenience, Drop-off appointments are available before 12 pm to be seen by the doctor that day. A "Drop-off" means you may bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a couple of hours. Usually we will ask you to drop off' sometime in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor has examined the patient he or she will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and to review the treatment plan and associated costs. Hospital Arrival Policy For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. All surgical patients should be received between 7 am - 8:00 am. Surgery patients are to be fasted from food for 12 hours. Water should be picked up at 6 am the morning of surgery. Please walk your pet prior to arrival to allow for morning urination and defecation.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and personal checks. We also accept payment from Care Credit.
